Skilled Nursing

You can rely on our services any time of the day. When we assign a skilled nurse to your home, you become our responsibility.  Along with members of your household and your primary care doctor, we hope to achieve the comfort level you need at home. A Skilled Nurse will administer the following care services:

  • Medication/Disease Process Teaching
  • Documentation and Monitoring of your Vital Signs
  • Catheter Care
  • Wound Care and Sterile/Non-Sterile Dressing Change
  • Tube Feeding, G-Tube Care and Teaching
  • Medication Administration and Set-up
  • Pulmonary Care
  • Post-Surgery Care
  • Diabetic Care

The Skilled Nursing services will be provided by a registered nurse, or a licensed practical nurse under the supervision of a registered nurse. Our nursing staff is licensed, bonded and insured to provide you with the quality home health care services you expect from our agency. 


Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Social Worker

Physical Therapy: Our Physical Therapist will work diligently to help you regain functional mobility, increase strength, and improve range of motion. 

Occupational Therapy:  We have trained Occupational Therapists that will help you increase your ability to perform daily functions by  teaching you adaptive methods and the use of special equipment. 

Speech Therapy:  Trained Speech  Therapists will assist you with speech, swallowing, and cognitive issues which have been impaired following an illness or accident.

Medical Social Worker:   Our Medical Social Workers will help you and your family get access to the resources you need as you go through lifestyle changes or after-effects.  


Home Health Aide

We arrange for a full-set of home care services which will be administered by a Certified Home Health Aide. The staff members who are classified under this program are state-licensed, up-to-date with the latest approach to home care and are regularly evaluated to maintain their quality performance. Most of the time, Home Health Aides assist individuals with disabilities, patients who have recently been discharged from the hospital and elderly family members who need assistance with daily tasks.Home Health Aides have the following duties while taking care of you at home:

  • Personal Care
  • Meal Preparation - Encourage Nutritional Needs
  • Homemaking
  • Light Housekeeping
  • Mobility Assistance
  • Vital Signs Monitoring
  • Assisting you with Exercise
  • Post-Surgery Care
  • Assistance with Medication
  • Errands
